Our signature class is designed to activate your strength, balance and flexibility for the ultimate full body workout. We take the time to ensure you refine your Pilates practice by emphasising education and proper technique. Our Pilates instructors are dedicated to helping you perfect your form by providing individualised attention, ensuring you understand and execute each movement correctly. Suitable for everyone from the beginner to hardcore pilates enthusiast.


Power up with heavy spring tension and bursts of cardio to keep that heart rate firing, every limb will be feeling invigorated! Always focused on technique, we mix it up with the use of weights, balls and jumpboards to get every muscle working. Our Pilates instructors will challenge your strength, balance and fitness in this higher energy class. If you enjoy a fun and sweaty workout, Empower is for you!

These classes are designed to help you and your blossoming baby move safely and confidently through all stages of your pregnancy and postpartum journey. You'll strengthen your body in preparation for birth, aid in a smooth recovery postpartum and tone & reshape your body following your pregnancy. It is also a wonderful space to meet other new mothers. We encourage you to bring your babies along, up until crawling age. Prenatal welcome at any stage. Postnatal recommended 6 weeks after birth.

Bring balance and flow into your life through a series of intentional stretches to lengthen and release tight muscles. Take time to breathe, stretch and reset the nervous system, connecting with your body and calming the mind. Setting intentions and empowering you to live with balance and clarity.


We go Deep and then Flow, it’s fast and then slow, movement and then stillness, challenging and then restorative. Active, yet grounding sun salutations and standing flows are offered in the first half of class to enliven the body and chase away any fatigue. The second half of the class offers passive, seated and supine poses to help switch off fight-or-flight mode, promoting balance throughout the nervous system and allowing for a sense of peace and relaxation.

This welcoming and inclusive session is designed to help you build a strong foundation for your yoga practice while nurturing a sense of self-empowerment and inner strength. Whether you're completely new to yoga or have some experience. Begin is open to all levels. Our experienced instructors will guide you through a series of gentle and accessible yoga poses, breathing exercises, and meditation techniques, all with a focus on empowering both your body and mind.
