BootcampsHere at Complete Body we pride ourselves on our specialised Bootcamps. We see great results from these as we aim to have fun whilst working out through many team based activities and competitions. Some of our previous Bootcamps have been 10 weeks with a professional boxer, 12 weeks of Tough Mudder training to prep you for the real event, with some amazing prizes including flights and tickets to the Melbourne Cup, as well as an 8 night Bali Holiday. Group FitnessOur Group Fitness and Yoga Classes are designed especially for our Fit Family environment. We love the way our members interact with one another inside and outside the gym, everybody knows each other by name and we have seen so many great friendships grow at Complete Body.
