Here at Complete Body we pride ourselves on our Specialised Bootcamps. We see great results from these as we aim to have fun whilst working out, through many team based activities and challenges. Some of our previous Bootcamps have been 10 weeks with a professional boxer, 12 weeks of Tough Mudder training to prep you for the real event, and we have sent some lucky winners to The Melbourne Cup and Bali!
