Are your classes really suited to all fitness levels?

Absolutely! Our biggest priority is ensuring our members are shown proper technique and how to look after their bodies, which is why every exercise can be tweaked and scaled to suit you. Whether you’re just getting started in the gym, have a sports injury or a medical condition, we’ll work with you to develop your fitness at a steady and sustainable pace.

how busy do the open group classes get?

So you’re not a fan of the ‘big gym’ feel? We hear you. At CB our class sizes vary, but on average you’ll be working out alongside 15-20 other members, which we find is the perfect size to have a great atmosphere in the gym while still giving our trainers plenty of time to assist each member with their technique.

does cb have a creche?

Yes, we have an area for the little ones with plenty of toys and entertainment.

do you offer classes or personal training for kids?

Yes, we run our Youth Academy Program to cater for the little ones. It’s all about education and teaching our kids healthy habits from a young age.

DO YOU OFFER SINGLE CLASS PASSES OR ‘DROP IN’ MEMBERSHIPS?

Yes, if it’s flexibility you want in a membership then our single-class passes or 20-class passes are for you. We understand that life can be unpredictable with work and family, but with these flexible pass options there’s no reason you can’t still enjoy the CB lifestyle!

can i bring a friend?

Of course! We just ask that you arrive 10 minutes early so we’ve got time to get your friend signed up for their trial and ready to go.

is complete body a 24 hour gym?

No, our gym hours are as listed on our website trading hours.

Wellness Hub FAQ’s

Do you offer gift cards?

Yes we do. We love to make our gift cards look special so come down anytime and we can put together the perfect gift for you.

How often should I come in?

It really depends on your lifestyle, for eg. how active you are and what protocols you are interested in.

If you are unsure, please contact us to book a complimentary Solution Session with one of our team members to determine which protocols may suit you best and how frequently you should undertake them to get the best results.

Our team will be able to provide you with a recovery and wellness plan that will optimise your health and live an empowered life.

It’s my first time visiting the WelLnesS Hub, where should I start?

We have designed the Refresh Protocol to give you a taste of all the modalities we offer here at the Wellness Hub. Including a 45min Infrared Sauna, Contrast Therapy and Normatec Compression.

We recommend booking this for your first visit, to immerse yourself in everything we have to offer to see how refreshed you feel afterwards but also to see which services align with you best.

We also have one-off visits to any single service, including the above mentioned, Reformer Pilates and Massage. You can book these HERE.

Is there a minimum age requirement?

People aged 16 years and over are allowed to use the Wellness Hub. 16-18 year olds will need to be accompanied by a parent or guardian or have written approval and consent prior to the session.

What modalities can I use when pregnant?

We strongly recommend that you consult with your doctor before utilising these services.

Is there parking?

Yes there is plenty of on-street parking for you right on our door-step.

Are the facilities private?

A key part of The Wellness Hub is to provide you a place to come and relax and immerse in self-care. We encourage all customers to provide a safe, quiet place for others and ensure that our Wellness Hub remains a tranquil space.

Reformer Pilates will be in groups and we have also made a list below of what you can expect:

Our Private Areas:

  • Infrared Sauna
  • Massage
  • Contrast Therapy (unless you book as a couple or with friends)

Our Communal Areas:

  • Normatec Compression (although you may have the room to yourself depending on bookings)

Do you allow booking for couples?

Couples bookings allow 2 people to share the equipment and is available on the following:

  • Infrared Sauna
  • Contrast Therapy
  • Normatec Compression

Do you allow booking for groups?

Yes we do, please contact us at hello@completebody.com.au to arrange further.

Can I book online and pay in person?

Yes, but please ensure you attend your booking.
In case of an emergency and you are unable to make your appointment, please contact us with as much notice as possible.

Do I need to book?

We encourage you to book to guarantee you can access your preferred service on the day and time that suits you.
