6 Weeks Of Christmas Bootcamp Is Here!

Our ‘6 Weeks Of Christmas Bootcamp’ (Tuesday 5:45pm & Thursday 5:45am) has been designed to keep you on track and accountable coming up to ‘Silly Season’

You will be given a challenge each and every day to complete for the duration of the 6 weeks, including workouts, nutrition goals and team building events with the other Bootcampers.

We will be starting on Tuesday the 20th October and running for 6 weeks, finishing up on Thursday the 26th November.

What's Involved??

  • 2,45min group fitness sessions per week (Tuesday 5:45pm & Thursday 5:45am)
  • Fridge magnet with each day & challenge set out over the next 6 weeks (to tick off each day and stay accountable)
  • Nutrition workshop with qualified dietician (Catherine McFarlane)
  • (DEXA) Body fat scan & info night - Jamie Byrnes (QLD X-RAY) optional
  • Unlimited fitness classes available at Complete Body


Upfront    - $199 (SAVE $30)
Weekly direct debit - $37.50/week
