Bio / Philosophy

I believe changing a persons lifestyle is key to success in the fitness industry. There are thousands of techniques out there but helping people achieve their goals I think comes down to building a relationship on trust, and helping your client believe they can turn their life whilst enjoying their training. As a trainer I want my clients to obtain sustainable results so if in any case they do decide to move on from my studio, they will be confident in themselves to maintain the results they have worked so hard for. I have always had a passion for the fitness industry… I have played Rugby League at the highest standard for the Sydney City Roosters and through playing sport at such a high level, I have learnt many techniques from some of the best trainers/ coaches in the country and have brought this knowledge back to Toowoomba to help build a unique studio with some amazing results after only 2 years in business.

Bio/Philosophy

I have always loved helping people! While growing up I found I wanted to help people change their lives, and what better way to do that then through changing their health and fitness lifestyle. I love helping people achieve their goals and seeing their success.

I started playing soccer at the age of 10 and my passion just grew from there. On average I would train 5 nights a week and play on the weekends. I have been coached by many learning a lot from their techniques and methods. I have learned from coaches all around the world and have represented Australia at 16 years of age and represented Queensland from the age of 14 onwards. I began coaching at the age of 14 and continued until I was 17. I have played a large variety of team sports in my life and truly enjoy the atmosphere and relationships I make with the people I meet.

As a trainer at Complete Body, I welcome any challenge and love helping my clients push through their boundaries to achieve their goals. I know how hard it is to stay motivated at times, but I truly believe that I can help anyone on their way, with ongoing support and encouragement, no matter how hard the challenge may be. There is nothing more important to me than a trusting relationship with my clients and making them happy at Complete Body.

I have been in sales and marketing for three years with a keen interest in the Fitness Industry for over six years.

Bio/Philosophy

I have always had an interest in the Fitness industry and have been a regular gym attendee for many years. I believe that your goals are best achieved when you surround yourself with like-minded people. It is this kind of supportive community feel that sets Complete Body apart and makes it such an easy place to work. I am in my final year of studying Marketing at the University of Southern Queensland. Before beginning my degree, I worked in retail and developed a love of small business and marketing. I really enjoy helping to build the Complete Body spirit and sharing it with the wider community.
