| Q – Are your classes tailored for all fitness levels? |
| A – Yes. Each class caters for participants of all fitness levels. We make sure that you are comfortable and working at your own pace, whether you are an athlete or a first-time beginner. |
| Q – Can I just turn up for any class? |
| A – Yes you can. Just find your desired class on our timetable here and arrive 10 minutes early so we can get you signed up and ready to go. |
| Q – Can I trial one of your classes? |
| A – Yes. We have a ‘Free 7 Day Trial’ here at Complete Body, that allows you to attend as many classes as you like in that period. Sign up for your free trial here. |
| Q – Do you provide a Creche? |
| A – Sorry we don’t have a creche at this time, but our Tuesday & Thursday 9.30am classes are quite small and do cater for the young ones to come along. |
